OpenCouncil is an AI-powered platform that provides multi-perspective responses to user questions through a council of AI personalities. The service is provided “as is” and is currently in pre-launch.

User Content

You retain ownership of any questions or content you submit to OpenCouncil. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and respond to your queries through the platform.

AI-Generated Content

OpenCouncil responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be taken as professional advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses. You are responsible for evaluating the information before acting on it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OpenCouncil for any unlawful purpose, to submit content that violates the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform.

Limitation of Liability

OpenCouncil and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated content.
